Having already gained experience from many wind energy projects, Danbrit aims to be the leading provider of wind energy shipping and logistics services to the sector.
We aim to support offshore and onshore wind energy developers, vessel owners, contractors (EPCs), installers, fabricators, equipment manufacturers and operations and maintenance (O&M) providers.
Danbrit and TDL Wind Ltd has previously handled many vessels including RO/RO, LO/LO, Service Operation Vessels (SOV’S), Crew Transfer Vessels (CTV’s) and Accommodation Vessels, carrying incoming blades, nacelles, tower sections and various ancillary equipment such as cable ploughs, gear boxes and wind turbine spare parts.
Based on the UK’s busiest estuary, the river Humber, with port facilities available in Hull (including the Siemens Green Port Development), Grimsby and Immingham, Goole and the River Trent, we are ideally located for the major UK Round 3 projects and therefore comply with local UK content requirements.
